TV Review – Survivor Cambodia Second Chance

If your a true survivor fan, then your loving this season of Survivor!! Who doesn’t love redemption seasons!! They are soooooo good. I also can’t believe this is season 31 of this show. That really says a lot about it! I am loving the drama this season. I love how Ancor won that last reward challenge, when they REALLY needed it. Moments like that emotionally charge the show. I really hope Spencer can pull off a win, but seems like he’s already running into difficulties. Woo and Joe are so solid in challenges, they will be gone ASAP. I’m cheering for Tasha also! She is such a solid chick. Abi Maria? Well, we know why they are keeping her around! (Always need a bigger target around then yourself! And who would vote for her to win… I won’t be suprised if she makes final 3). Jeremy is solid, but also a threat. Who knows, maybe Keith can pull out a win! Lol! I like how they are currently divided into 3 tribes. I also loved the he-man reward challenge. It was so exciting!! Who knows which way this season will go! I can’t wait to watch and find out! I would rate this show a 7.8 out of 10.

Review – Big Brother Canada Season 2

Ok, who else is loving Big Brother Canada season 2?!?! I’d love to hear from some of you BB fans!! The first season I wasn’t all that into, and the finale really disappointed me… (Gary Glitter winning it would have made it much happier and more memorable). For some reason it just wasn’t the same as American Big Brother. This season though is redemption!!! A great house, a great cast, awesome challenges and drama galore! If you haven’t been watching, there is still time to get into it, the best is yet to come! I was rooting for the girls, particularly Neda and Sarah, but with Sarah’s move last episode, I’m not sure what to think. There is so much more that goes on that you don’t understand due to the amount we actually see in the episodes. I also like the guys, they are alright, but I am usually rooting for a female or anyone who seems like the underdog, which is why I like Adel too. I admire his dedication to his faith, and his ability to be so kind and joyous, it really is infectious and he is a wonderful role model. The only downfall that seems to bother me about BB Can is the host. Not trying to be mean at all, for some reason she just doesn’t do it for me. No Julie Chen I suppose. Other than that, I have loved this season so far, and I’m hooked. Can’t wait to see how the Allison and Andrew showmance plays out!!! I would rate this show a 7.7 out of 10! This blog is just my opinion!! Thanks for stopping by!!

Movie Review – Anchorman 2

I thought this movie was hilarious!! It kept me laughing all the way through. Especially the part when he goes blind. Anchorman is one of my favorite films, a classic comedy that never gets old. Will Ferrell just can’t be beat for humour, and Ron Burgundy is his best role, I would say. Christina Applegate has been a favorite of mine since “Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter is Dead”. Paul Rudd and Steve Carell are solid as always too, and also are favorites of mine. I would give this film a 7.8 out of 10. This blog is just my opinion. Movie Review – Gravity

I have to say, as a person who suffers from anxiety, this movie definitely heightened my anxiety levels. I guess that’s what I liked about it, that it made me feel something. As for the movie itself, it was good. Sandra Bullock and George Clooney are solid as always. I suppose one thing that tends to disappoint me as a viewer sometimes, are movies that have a similar screenshot all the way through. I am not sure what else they could have done, maybe showed even more of their back stories or memories or something, but I tend to be left feeling a bit bored when the visuals are so similar for the whole hour and a half. Never the less, it was absolutely worth that watch, and still a movie I would very much recommend. I’d give it about a 7.9 out of 10. This blog is just my opinion. Thanks for stopping by!
